What is the average waiting time to see Dr. Simpson-Harley?
During your visit to West Trade Medical Centre, you may encounter a waiting period exceeding one hour to avail yourself of the services of Dr. Harley, regardless of whether you have scheduled an appointment. However, in the event of a medical emergency, we shall provide prompt medical attention without delay. As an alternative solution, we recommend patients who have general medical concerns that do not fall under Obstetrics and Gynecology to consult with our resident General Practitioner, as the waiting time is significantly shorter.
Can I immediately see a doctor without an appointment in the case of a medical emergency?
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients is of utmost importance to us. As such, we prioritize medical emergencies, including Walk-in Antenatal and emergent gynecological cases, both on appointment days and walk-in days. Dr. Harley is committed to providing the best possible care to all her patients, and she will be happy to attend to these cases on her appointment days as well. Please note that there may be a waiting time before patients can be seen, but rest assured that our team will do everything to attend to these cases at the earliest possible time.
What's the difference between a walk-in and an appointment day?
Our goal is to provide quality and timely care to all our patients. We offer walk-in services on Mondays to accommodate all patients without an appointment. Please note that walk-in services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, we welcome both antenatal and gynecology patients to walk in on Mondays as well. OBGYN appointments are scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, or alternating Saturdays. However, emergency antenatal and gynae patients are welcome to walk in on appointment days.
Is there any other General Practitioner available daily?
We are pleased to inform you that our office has a General Practitioner available from Monday to Saturday during regular business hours. On Mondays, patients have the option of seeing Dr. Harley or one of our skilled rotating doctors for their general healthcare needs.
